From the public portal to confirmation, vehicle, price and availability use the same current data. Your team does not have to transfer details into a second system.

Capture the enquiry

The multilingual portal presents vehicles, locations, equipment, images and terms. Dates, party size and extras are saved directly with the enquiry. Vehicle types can be narrowed down with clear silhouette tiles, and further matching vehicles are suggested directly.

Prepare the offer

Womodesk considers bookings, active offers, vehicle blocks and current vehicle status. When your team changes dates, location, vehicle or extras, the price is recalculated and the offer is saved as a new version.

Confirm the booking

Season, rental duration, extras, VAT, payment terms and the discount code are calculated consistently. Once confirmed, travellers can use their protected personal trip page. Depending on your configuration, the portal confirms a booking only after a successful online payment via Stripe.

From driver record to signature

Rental agreements stay current, reviewable and ready to sign

Womodesk creates the rental agreement in the right language and keeps each saved PDF version as a permanent record. Primary and additional drivers maintain their details on the Trip page or with your team. The current preview can be signed directly or via QR code on a companion device.

Prices, discounts, extras, deposit, payment schedule, mileage rules and agreed rental terms are captured in the agreement version.
Verification status, mismatches, manual approval and insurance review remain traceable for each driver. Open tasks appear at handover.
Changes create a new agreement version. Earlier PDFs remain unchanged and available for review, but cannot be signed again.
