A business unit is an independent operational unit. Pickup and return locations are physical places within a business unit. Rentals between locations in different business units are not supported. Amounts in different currencies are reported separately.

Rental conditions from PDF or DOCX
AI-assisted import suggests structured rental conditions for the selected business unit. Compare current and suggested values and apply only selected fields. It does not replace legal texts or existing bookings. Configured AI processing is required.
