Common questions before a conversation

Which rental businesses is Womodesk built for?

Professional motorhome, campervan and caravan rental teams coordinating vehicles, bookings and operational handovers.

Is a rental inquiry already a booking?

No. An enquiry is not yet a confirmed booking. A non-binding rental inquiry does not reserve a vehicle. Your team reviews the request, may send an offer with an acceptance deadline and completes the confirmation process.

How are rental payments and deposits recorded?

Your team records receipts on your own bank account in Womodesk. The Stripe integration currently operates in Test Mode; live payments are not offered. SEPA Direct Debit applies only to eligible EUR rental payments. Stripe deposits are card-based.

Is the rental website included in the subscription?

The integrated rental website is included in your existing platform subscription. It requires no separate website module. The rental website publicly presents your company and offers. The personal trip page belongs to a specific confirmed booking and provides protected access to trip information, documents and messages. With a published website, the booking portal, trip page and sales portal appear in its design.

Can I manage several business units separately?

Run several independent rental operations within one organization. Shared vehicle profiles reduce repeated work, while each business unit manages its own physical fleet and offers. Each business unit manages its own offers, prices, seasons and rental conditions. Staff permissions can be limited to individual business units. A business unit is an independent operational unit. Pickup and return locations are physical places within a business unit. Rentals between locations in different business units are not supported. Amounts in different currencies are reported separately.
