The signed-in account determines which rental business a user may access. Public booking pages belong clearly to the relevant operator. Private files are delivered only after the appropriate access check.

Access and company data

The signed-in account determines which rental business it belongs to and which areas it may use.

Fleet, bookings, finances, reporting and settings have separate permissions.
Sessions expire automatically, can be revoked and end if suspicious reuse is detected.
Two-factor authentication is required for superadministrators and available to rental users.
